The kitchen and BBQ areas are equipped with all necessary equipment to run a restaurant business, independently or otherwise, including the indoor & outdoor sitting area it is possible to set up to 30/36 seatings. During the course of the hotel’s history the restaurant has been both run in-house as well as leased to a third-party.
